Title:  Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Lead Architect  

Required: NDA

Type:  9-12 months - Fractional/Contract W2/ Corp to Corp 

Location: Remote (with optional onsite opportunities in New York City or Las Vegas) 

Compensation:

• Fractional/Contract Role: $125 – $200/hour  
• Potential for equity participation as part of long-term alignment.

We are seeking an experienced CTO / Lead Architect to guide the technical vision, oversee the integrated stack, and manage distributed teams across our products.

 OVERVIEW

As the CTO / Lead Architect, you will:

• Define and implement the technical architecture for Products 
• Manage development teams across AI/ML, data engineering, full-stack development,  DevOps, and security. 
• Ensure  scalability, security, and regulatory-grade reliability. 
• Build reusable  infrastructure across products while tailoring features to distinct customer needs. 
• Serve as a fractional leader, able to flex between strategic vision and tactical  execution. 
• Design  scalable, modular architecture to support product on a shared AI/ML  infrastructure. 
• Establish cloud  strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP). 
• Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and disaster recovery. 

Required Technical Experience

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in CTO, Chief Architect, or  Technical Director roles. 
• Proven track record leading AI/ML-driven SaaS product development. 
• Strong  background in cloud-native systems (AWS/Azure/GCP). 

Deep expertise in: 

• Python, Node.js/TypeScript, React, and Next.js 
• AI/ML  frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, RAG) 
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) 
• DevOps &  CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform 
• Security frameworks: OAuth2, JWT, SAML, encryption-at-rest & in-transit 

Preferred Attributes

• Comfortable  working in a fractional / contract capacity, balancing strategic and hands-on execution. 
• Strong communication skills, capable of aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
