Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (Onsite 5 days per week)
Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 base + ~$10,000 bonus
Industry: Brokerage, Equity Derivatives / Sales & Trading / Financial Services

NOTE: All candidates should be willing and able to take and pass the FINRA  Series 7 and 57 licenses. Client will sponsor and train new candidates.

A respected global brokerage and advisory firm is growing its U.S. Equities Derivatives team and seeking a driven, analytical, and career-focused Sales & Trading Assistant.

Role Overview
The Sales & Trading Assistant will support daily trading activities, client service, risk monitoring, and operational support focused on U.S. equity derivatives. As you grow in the role, you will assume increased responsibilities in trade idea generation, client coverage, and execution support.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (Sales & Trading, Equity Research, Middle Office, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (modeling, formulas; macros/VBA a strong advantage)
• Familiarity with equity options fundamentals and risk concepts preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to building a career in trading
• FINRA licenses a plus  not required; full sponsorship provided.
