Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000+ (based on experience)

Tough Tech Solutions is actively partnering with broker-dealers, regulatory accounting firms, and financial services organizations seeking Financial & Operations Principal (FINOP) talent.

We are currently focused on identifying newly licensed Series 27 professionals and candidates actively preparing for the exam who are looking to establish or advance their careers within FINRA regulatory accounting and compliance.

This is a unique opportunity to enter a highly specialized, high-demand segment of the financial services industry with strong long-term growth potential.

We are seeking individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Recently passed the Series 27 (FINOP) exam 
• Currently studying for or scheduled to take the Series 27 
• Background in accounting, audit, finance, or broker-dealer operations 
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, or reconciliation processes 
• Interest in regulatory compliance and financial controls 

• Assist in preparation of Net Capital (SEC Rule 15c3-1) calculations 
• Support Customer Reserve (SEC Rule 15c3-3) computations 
• Contribute to FOCUS reporting (17a-5) and regulatory filings 
• Maintain books and records in accordance with FINRA and SEC requirements 
• Assist with internal and external audits 
• Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes 
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams 

• Structured training and mentorship for early-career FINOPs 
• Direct exposure to regulatory filings and financial operations
