The Operations Associate – Brokerage Operations will play an important role in supporting the growth and scalability of the firm’s brokerage operations. This position will be responsible for assisting with pre-trade and post-trade processing across multiple securities products, helping ensure efficient and accurate trade lifecycle management for partner clients.

The role will work cross-functionally with teams including Operations, Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance to support trading activity, address operational issues, and improve internal workflows.

Experience in self-clearing brokerage environments and securities lending operations is highly preferred.

• Support pre-trade and post-trade processing for securities transactions executed through partner platforms
   
• Assist with operational oversight related to self-clearing brokerage and securities lending activities
   
• Establish and reconcile trading positions within internal systems and with external custodians
   
• Investigate and resolve trade exceptions and partner inquiries
   
• Provide operational support and testing for new product launches, system updates, and regulatory changes impacting trade processing
   
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational workflows support new business initiatives
   
• Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s trading infrastructure, APIs, databases, and operational workflows
   
• Help identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or operational improvement
   
• Deliver high-quality internal service and support across multiple business functions
   

• Experience working within broker-dealer operations, brokerage operations, or financial market infrastructure
   
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle management, clearing processes, and securities settlement
   
• Knowledge of self-clearing brokerage operations and securities lending is a plus
   
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
   
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced fintech environment
