The firm combines deep healthcare staffing expertise with modern technology and infrastructure to deliver a scalable, provider-first recruiting model. Their mission is to simplify the locums experience for healthcare organizations and providers alike through transparency, operational excellence, and long-term relationship building.
This is an opportunity to join a foundational leadership team and play a critical role in shaping how physician recruiting is built, scaled, and optimized.
The Head of Recruiting will own and scale the entire recruiting function, with responsibility for the full provider lifecycle from sourcing and credentialing to placement, retention, and redeployment. This individual will lead recruiting strategy, manage and grow the recruiting team, and serve as a key partner to sales and operations to ensure provider supply aligns with client demand.
The ideal candidate brings deep locum tenens or healthcare staffing experience, established physician relationships, and a proven ability to build high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced environments.
